The timing belt on my '03 WRX wagon snapped yesterday just shy of 200k.

Any thoughts on the best course of action? Would I be better off parting her out or selling as is? The body has light hail damage and peeling clear coat, so she's no beauty. Would make a great rally / track car if you were so inclined.

What would you do with your beloved Subie if it gave up the ghost?
