This is a great video for starts as our cars are Legacy fitment turbos. You can also reference your Subaru service manual, which you can find on this site for free.
^^ this, plus draining a bit of coolant helps! And the obvious, drain oil!Damn, I just did this a couple weeks ago. I was in a rush so I never took pics.
The RalliTEK video helps a lot. One thing.... have something to plug that lower coolant line or you'll get coolant spray everywhere.
i hear yah. i ripped mine a little too. getting the oil line on and then turbo inlet is a pain in the ass! i tried removing the inlet clamp and putting it on afterwards. that was even worse. that process took more time than the rest of the install itself.i did this swap back in june, pretty straight forward. a lot easier then i thought it was gonna be.
hardest part was getting the oil feed line on, and the turbo inlet on. mine ripped a little bit going back on

Got the oil and coolant, my buddy is gonna help me out. But RV Sealant...may I ask for what? Can't think of what I would need it for.oil, coolant, rv sealant, lots o' tools and helping hand.
