I'm reading between 11 and 12psi boost. My vacuum is 10psi @ 3000 rpm. At idle Vaccum is 20psi. Now that I took off the muffler and ran a straight pipe my vacuum falls to 22-23psi when i let off the gas/ down shifting. My question is... Is Too much vacuum bad?

Well w/o the muffler you have drastically decreased the back pressure the exhaust system creates. Did you have the ECU protuned for the strait pipe ??? The more vacuum you have the longer the turbo takes to spool-up, however 2-3 psi is a minimal amount.

Didn't have it tuned. :-\ When driving at say 80mph 3000rpm w/ 10psi of vacuum it spools up faster then stock did. I just didn't know if below the 20psi was bad. :-\. Thanks for clearing things up a little 08OBPWRX.

I get a reading of aound 20-23 in/hg as well. But I am consistently getting around 13-14 psi in 3rd on boost. This is with 2 different guages.
