I'm planning on Bilsteins eventually. I still haven't heard a concrete comparison between them and the BCs.
Doubt you will. .not really comparable. EWG FTW, hear it when you want.

Na. Especially cause the bc coils are way more skinny than stock coils, I didnt rub at all with my Enkei 18x8's +48.
With 18x9's you might rub on the rear fenders, but thats if your lowered, ect.

Re: Dwhite's build journal- The Black Cat- BC COILS INSTALLED WHOOOO

For those who have coilovers and no LCA.... is it okay to have that much negative camber? I am looking into buying BC coilovers here VERY soon and I wanna know if having the LCA's to reduce camber worth it or not. I know some ppl riding on -2.0 camber in the rear, but don't know if their tire wear is good or not.

nah it aint bad on my end either. I will check tread depths and see if there is any difference in the wear.

Re: Dwhite's build journal- The Black Cat- BC COILS INSTALLED WHOOOO

Just a little update,
Inner fender came off during a spirited visit to the passing lane (ok 10 cars and 2 semi truck kinds passing) and the tire chewed it up.
ALL the tabs broke(thank you subaru) so I just drilled a hole through was was left and used a factory bolt to hold in in place.
Thinking about getting some bushings, and the 3 gauge pod for the clock area, if it ever comes out.
Any suggestions as to what bushings?

Assumed you had the KB trans bushings. Those are a great addition, but incomplete without a trans. mount (do the TiC crossmember bushings as well). My Beatrush trans. mount is my favorite mod, their pitch stop made a noticeable difference as well. Propeller mounts also, but that might have been placebo. Can't say for engine mounts, but I'd like to do them eventually. Anyways, the WL rear subframe inserts are important. .their rear diff inserts also give a nice feel.

I can't really pick one, everything I've mentioned is an easy install and fairly cheap though.

I have the rallitek shifter bushings if thats what your referring to, but no mount bushings.
Im gonna do the DIY trans mount as soon as I have a 3 day weekend, already got the window weld.

SO basically
Trans mount
sub frame bushings (same as the lock down kit?)
propeller mounts(?)
diff inserts

How much for all do you think?
