I've had my '14 WRX for almost 3 years and it's a great little car. It's crap on the sport tires in the winter I found that out early on but decent on all season tires with little concession on performance. They're awful on gas but that's the cost for performance which I knew going in. Otherwise it's lived up to its reputation.

Okay on to my question, how long should you warm it up? I've heard quite a bit of confusing info, some say don't just wait less than a minute and drive calmly/easily for a bit, as waiting for idle will cause unnecessary ware, others say warm up it up until it goes to normal idle, as it's a turbo car, and as we know with these cars that can take awhile. I'll have to consult the owners manual to see what it says but in the meantime any suggestions. Do you know what Subaru suggests? Sorry if this is like asking what's the best oil to use.
