My mechanic noted after some general maintenance work that it needs these LCA bushings. What does LCA stand for? Also, at about 70K is this a normal need for a 2014 WRX? What's the best course of action for this repair and any general costs for such a front suspension work?

Thanks,

Marc

Those are the bushings for your lower control arms. LCA is lower control arm. He was just describing them as an acronym lol. As for the mileage depends on where you live, driving conditions, etc but it’s not outlandish you need them. You can verify if you need them if you loon at them and their cracked or excessively swollen. They’re rubber.
