Hi all. I have a completely stock ‘11 WRX that had an oil leak and started knocking. The leak is fixed and I tried putting in new oil but as you’d expect it kept knocking so I need a new engine.
I wanted to use this opportunity to start modifying my car, and thought about an engine swap, specifically an IAG stage 1 long block. What I’m confused about is what else I need to do to see a power upgrade. My budget is 15k maximum and I’m hoping for 350bhp ish. Enough I feel a difference from 265.
