Hi all, currently looking for a rims that will or almost flush with the fender. Considering:

1) 17 x 8j offset +45;
2) 17 x 8j offset+35;
3) 17 x 7.5j offset +35;
4) 17 x 7.5j offset +45

Another concern is that if I go for +35, rubbing may take place if I lower in future. Also if I take +45, the wheels will be to far in away from the fender hence failing to have a sporty look. And regards of the offset, I'll get fitting on 225/45/R17 tyres. However, is 235/45/R17 a better choice? Need some advice here. Thanks in advance.

with 8in wide id do 235 or even 245...i can definetly understand about sitting flush with the fender. you could do 35 offset, and if it rubs, just buy some camber bolts and adjust accordingly. it would be a win win for handling, not so much for replacing tires. another alternative would be to roll your fenders, if you find someone who knows what there doing it should be a flawless job...im looking into some wheels around 35-40 offset also, im probably gonna have to roll them
